Dr Tarun Yamdagni has been practising, since 2014, in the field of Skin Cancer Medicine, Surgery and Dermoscopy.
Dr Yamdagni completed his Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Topiwala National Medical College in 2002. He became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) UK in 2008. He obtained his Fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2012.
He is passionate about Skin Cancer Medicine and has undergone extensive training:

- Advanced Clinical Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine & Surgery (ACC-SCMS) 2016

He was awarded scholarship for obtaining outstanding results (96.5%) in the Fellowship Objective Structured Clinical Examination in 2023. It is the pinnacle and final step in the College Education pathway. It is a significant achievement requiring a strong commitment to further study, assessment and skin cancer clinical practice.
Dr Yamdagni’s vast experience and medical qualifications set him apart as a highly competent skin cancer doctor. He works in close collaboration with the patients to provide the very best care pathway, designed specifically for them.
Dr Tarun Yamdagni offers holistic management of skin cancer including:
- Full body mole scan/ skin check using state-of-the art Dermlite dermoscopes and Dermengine Artificial Intelligence
- Preventative treatment (using Efudix, Aldara, Tolak, Nicotinamide)
- Review of intermediate lesions using high digital monitoring
- Biopsy of suspicious lesions
- Access to digital histopathology slides
- Surgical management of skin cancers (including complex flaps or grafts)
- Non-surgical management of some low-risk lesions
- Recall for skin checks tailored to individual risk factors (and preference)
- Frequent skin checks for high-risk organ transplant patients
- Liaison with WA Melanoma Advisory Service, Skin Cancer Council WA, Radiotherapist and Oncologist
